still i didnt got my refund back, how can i complain

I don't recieve any refund yet

Definitely sir we need to register complaint on company register and bank also because they don't know to delete IPO mandate itself.

I have not received the amount

i applied for happiest minds ipo on 9th september through upstox, unfortunately i did not get any allotment of shares but my subscription amount of 14940 rupees is still blocked by ASBA, I contacted kfintech, they responded by saying that they are not responsible, i contacted upstox that said me to go to the bank, and the bank was clueless,i even sent a mail to Kfintech regarding the matter and since i have not recieved any reply from them.

I also applied 2 lots from Zerodha for happiest mind but didn't receive allotment and amount is still blocked after mandate expiry. What can we do please suggest.

Write to the bank asking for the lien to removed.cite that the upi mandate has expired n it's imperative that they unblock.unfortunately some ipo refund after allotment..some after expiry..
