How do I file complain to SEBI for IPO refund issues and IPO allotment related issues?

I apply for music broadcasts IPO.and I still didn''t get refund since 15 days of allotment

Hello Sir/Madam,

I apply in Music Broadcast Limited IPO Through State Bank of India. I did not get any allotment. But no money come back into my account after 15 day of allotment.
Please give some suggestions.

We are been fooled i had applied last three IPO i including D-Mart and i have subscribed only for a lot because of non getting allotment and i have subscribed at opening of the ipo time at 10:00 am, but still i didn''''t get any allotment.
They say maximum shareholder will get minimum allotment but they didn''''t follow
SEBI has to change the allotment procedures for retailers.

i applied for dmart ipo in retail segemtn for 200000 rupeess but i didnt get any allotment .. can u please tell what will be the reason for that

I have applied for MGL ipo through my PNB account ABSA online . I have not received any share of MGL. MGL stock has been listed on the exchange.

The amount for which I had bid is still under lien amount .

Please release the lien amount as soon as possible or revise the lien status & confirm the status.

But now when Mahanagar ipo''''s allotment is out on Linkintime website, my application and pan no. not available in there records and received message pan no. and application not available. but my amount is still blocked in PN. Lien not released and allotment also not received.

please advice me what can i do..

I have applied in ujjivan on 02/05/16 at 1.30 pm through BOB net banking , My amount of application amount is blocked with message successfully uploaded. after two days i checked my application status at BSE website and data is shown at there too.
But now when Ujjivan ipo''s allotment is out on karvy website, my application and pan no. not available in there records and received message pan no. and application not available. but my amount is still blocked in BOB. Lien not released and allotment also not received.

please advice me what can i do..

My mother Mrs Indu Jain applied for the IPO of Dr Lal Path Labs vide application no 20350259. The application money of Rs 10700.00 was paid vide ch no 000166 darwn on Karur Vaysya Bank Ltd which was debited on 11.12.2015 from her bank a/c. Till date neither share have been alloted nor the application money has been refunded. Her PAN is ACKPJ7938E.

You are requested to check the status at your end & refund the application money at the earliest failure of which will force me to take up the matter with SEBI at your risk & cost.

I am Ajay Kumar Rungta, who applied for Snowman Logistics Ltd amounting to Rs.169200 vide application no. 21785768. No share was allotted and entire amount of Rs.169200 was returned on 9th Sept, 2014. But due to incomplete A/c No, the NEFT was returned on same day. I have got the mail from my Bank, Indian Overseas Bank that the fund was remitted on 9th Sept, 2014 by HDFC but the same was returned to HDFC due to incorrect A/c No. 11. The correct a/c no as mentioned by the bank is 047701000000011. Inspite of that the registrar Linkintime has not refunded the money. It may be noted that I am receiving the amount as refund from other IPOs in the same bank account. Please guide what to do

Please let me know the further procedure & give advice.

IPO Refund Amount againts

For IPO investors having difficulties receiving IPO refund or IPO allotment and registrar of IPO not responding, SEBI introduced an online complain management system.

Before filing complain with SEBI, make sure that you have tried contacting registrar of the IPO for allotment or refund related problems. Registrar of the IPO is responsible for processing IPO applications. This includes allotment and refund processing. The issuer company, lead manager or broker are not responsible for this and should not be contacted for the same.
