But they have neither issued us shares nor refund our demand draft. After several reminder dated 7.5.95,9.5.95,24.7.95,23.10.95,31.10.95,6.11.95,29.12.95,23.3.96,17.6.96,26.7.96,17.1.97
31.3.97,7.5.97,29.5.97,29.5.97,11.6.97,9.9.97,16.9.97,19.7.97,24.9.97,28.1.98,16.2.98,12.2.98,12.12.98,8.2.98,1.8.2000,21.4.2001,4.11.2001,1.3.2004,21.7.2005 to The Company secretary. He doesn’t take any interest in this matter. We also written to Securities & Exchange Board of India as well as to the consumer guidance society of India about this matter and also register online complaint on sebi site as the matter is pending from since 1995 & now around 16 year’s have been passed. Please let me know the further procedure & give advice.
