I have applied in Mahanagar Gas Ltd on 23/06/16 at 3.30 pm through PNB ASBA net banking , My amount of application amount is blocked with message successfully
But now when Mahanagar ipo''''s allotment is out on Linkintime website, my application and pan no. not available in there records and received message pan no. and application not available. but my amount is still blocked in PN. Lien not released and allotment also not received.

please advice me what can i do..
