What should I do if I do not get IPO Refund?

Registrar of the IPO is responsible for processing IPO applications. This includes allotment and refund processing. The issuer company, lead manager or broker are not responsible for this and should not be contacted for the same. If someone is not received IPO refund, there are few easy step which one can follow to get IPO refund.

1. Visit Registrar's local office or call your nearest branch to file a written complain. Make sure that you have a written application ready with all the detail before contacting Registrar's office.You can get the registrar's contact information on IPO detail page of our site.

2. You can send the following information to registrar through an email.

Problem statement -
Company Name -
Application Number -
Applicant Name -
Number of Shares Applied -
Applicant Amount -
Cheques Number -
Bank Name -
DP ID -
Depository Client ID -

3. File your complain online with ‘SEBI' using following steps:

    A. Click the below link in browser:
       http://www.sebi.gov.in/Complaint1.jsp
    B. Fill the required info and submit the form.

Hi Everyone,

I was not allotted with Krsnaa Diagnostic IPO and later my funds that were blocked were not unblocked. Just like others, I was also waiting for it to unblock and my Autopay expired. I called the bank, broker but nobody could help me since it has to unblock automatically.

Then I wrote a mail to Registrar( in my case to kfintect - krsnaa.ipo@kfintech.com) regarding this issue on 25th Aug. And later today the blocked amount is unblocked and credited to my account.

For everyone who is facing this issue, I would suggest asking your Registrar so that they can send the mail to the required ASBA or Bank to unblock the amount.

I had applied for 75 shares of FINO PAYMENTS BANK, but allotted 25 shares.
While debiting the account full amount for 75 shares is deducted. Evenafter several mails to the registrar of the issue m/s kfintech, my issue is not resolved. For evey mail they respond with a reference number. Still Rs.28800/- is yet to be recredited.
