What should I do if I do not get IPO Refund?

Registrar of the IPO is responsible for processing IPO applications. This includes allotment and refund processing. The issuer company, lead manager or broker are not responsible for this and should not be contacted for the same. If someone is not received IPO refund, there are few easy step which one can follow to get IPO refund.

1. Visit Registrar's local office or call your nearest branch to file a written complain. Make sure that you have a written application ready with all the detail before contacting Registrar's office.You can get the registrar's contact information on IPO detail page of our site.

2. You can send the following information to registrar through an email.

Problem statement -
Company Name -
Application Number -
Applicant Name -
Number of Shares Applied -
Applicant Amount -
Cheques Number -
Bank Name -
DP ID -
Depository Client ID -

3. File your complain online with ‘SEBI' using following steps:

    A. Click the below link in browser:
       http://www.sebi.gov.in/Complaint1.jsp
    B. Fill the required info and submit the form.

I applied for Gr infraproject bid .it was not allotted bit the amount remained blocked. Mailed the problem.They asked to send few details. Today I got messages that the amount is removed. What cam I do to get my amount back.

I have sent multiple emails on ipo.upi@npci.org.in but they are not responding. In fact, I contacted Zerodha as well but they are also not in a position to help. Whenever, I do write to Zerodha they say I should contact the above given id with all the details. Believing the same I would have sent 6 to 7 emails and till date didn't receive any response from them. Can anyone help us over here with the procedure? Did any get the amount back? If yes, how many days did it take?

applied in GR Infr ltd through Grow and didn't get allotment but funds are still blocked. Called Google Pay they said contact your broker then I called Grow they said wait for three days after listing of ipo after three days contact your Bank we cant do anything in this regard

Just contact to your bank and raise a complaints . They will verify your bank account details and after that they will unblock your money
