When is my money blocked in ASBA? Is it after closing date of IPO or before closing date of IPO?

The application money is blocked when you apply for the IPO. In case, you withdraw from IPO before closing of the IPO then the amount is immediately unblocked. The blocked money will continue to earn interest but you cannot withdraw it. The amount will not be debited from your account till the allotment is finalized and you are allotted shares. In case, shares are not allotted, the money will be unblocked on the finalization of allotments.

Please help, i have not recieved any alotment, but amount is still blocked on bank end after mandate expiry, i cant understand what should i do - bank and registrar playing footbaal game with me, no body is giving me solution
