I applied for CAMS and allotted 1 lot but shares are not credited to my Dmat today (01-09-2020) is listing, what should i do?

Same here, and i researched some more on this and found out that one of the reason could be that since the staff is working with limited capacity, and back end work requires more manpower due to which this could have happened. And as per some more research we should get the allotment in our account by tomorrow. Else we will need to raise the issue with the Registrar and the file complaint with SEBI for refund of the amount.
