How do I file complain to SEBI for IPO refund issues and IPO allotment related issues?

For IPO investors having difficulties receiving IPO refund or IPO allotment and registrar of IPO not responding, SEBI introduced an online complain management system.

Click here to file complaint with SEBI.

Please note: Before filing complain with SEBI, make sure that you have tried contacting registrar of the IPO for allotment or refund related problems. Registrar of the IPO is responsible for processing IPO applications. This includes allotment and refund processing. The issuer company, lead manager or broker are not responsible for this and should not be contacted for the same.

My problem was same as many of you, I had applied for Exxaro tiles IPO, but i was not allotted and amount was not unblocked till today, today my amount is credited, I have complained to registrar Exxaro tiles IPO. Registrar again given instruction to Bank and they also forwarded the same message me. Then today i got my amount

Im also having the same issue for Exarro tiles IPO. I applied for single lot. Got the allotment and amount got debited from bank account on 13th August with the trnx number as shown in IPO UPI mandate. But again 15,000 has been deducted from bank on 20th August with the ref "exxaro/ipo".
