How do I file complain to SEBI for IPO refund issues and IPO allotment related issues?

For IPO investors having difficulties receiving IPO refund or IPO allotment and registrar of IPO not responding, SEBI introduced an online complain management system.

Click here to file complaint with SEBI.

Please note: Before filing complain with SEBI, make sure that you have tried contacting registrar of the IPO for allotment or refund related problems. Registrar of the IPO is responsible for processing IPO applications. This includes allotment and refund processing. The issuer company, lead manager or broker are not responsible for this and should not be contacted for the same.

I have applied for paytm IPO for 2 lots which is for 12 shares for 25800, however I have been allotted with only 10 shares, and the remaining 2 shares nor I got the refund nor the shares as of today dated. Please refund my amount as soon as possible.

I had applied for ipo of paras defence on 22/9/21 through application no 80263362 for Rs. 14875. My application money was put on hold on 23/9/21 in my SBI account.
After more than one and a half month, hold is nOT removed from my account nor shares are allowed to me

I had applied for ipo pb infotech limited but i didn't get refund ,i got mail of ipo listing on 11th that your refund will credit on your account but till date i have not received amount 14700 Rs I also sent mail to pb infotech limited compliance. no revert yet

I have created the ipo request for paras defence on 23 September for which hold of money 14785 was created in my account and after that I have been allotted the ipo then on 1october 2021 hold of another inr 14785 was created in my account without my knowledge for the ipo i have no evidence of it no application number simply hold it has been .In no where my fund detail is present . I contacted the bank they are saying they can not release the fund untill n unless registrar asked them to do so .so how can they create new hold after listing of stock without my consent

Even we are facing the same issue. No allotment, No refund for AMI Organics IPO.
The registar number they have provided is always busy from a week.
We are waiting for their final reply.

Final choice would be to lodge a SEBI complaint for doing these kind of things.

I had applied for Glenmark IPO through Angle broking on 27 july 21, at that time first transaction was failed ( through paytm UPI) and second transaction was successful. But SBI created hold on both amount ( 14400+14400). On 4 Aug 21 message received from Glenmark that IPO not allotted to me and hold has been released, same day one amount( 14400) released from SBI but still 14400 is on hold position and showing in lien amount in SBI. I have given a written complain to branch (SBI) on 27 Aug 21 but still amount is not released. Please guide me what should i do.
