How do I file complain to SEBI for IPO refund issues and IPO allotment related issues?

For IPO investors having difficulties receiving IPO refund or IPO allotment and registrar of IPO not responding, SEBI introduced an online complain management system.

Click here to file complaint with SEBI.

Please note: Before filing complain with SEBI, make sure that you have tried contacting registrar of the IPO for allotment or refund related problems. Registrar of the IPO is responsible for processing IPO applications. This includes allotment and refund processing. The issuer company, lead manager or broker are not responsible for this and should not be contacted for the same.

KFin Tech has deducted money twice for G R Infra IPO and their support team is not responding to the query properly. They said 3,00,000 users faced the same issue, god knows if they will return the money or not.
KFin is very irresponsible handling the refund request, I have raised this to SEBI, please make complaints to SEBI if you are not getting the refund back. It has been a month now they are not returning my money.

Rolex ipo is totally closed and ipo will be listing on tomorrow i.e on 09/08/2021. But still my blocked amount did not return to my account and not showing the allotment status.
why this is happened?
And please suggest me what to do after not getting my blocked amount.

For me also same problem... I have wrote a mail to gril.ipo@kfintech.com... Got reply "amount will be return within 4-5 working days. If the amount is not released within above mentioned time period, kindly provide your bank mandate details, as per the format given below, so that we may take up the matter with sponsor bank SCSB and resolve the complaint at the earliest".
