brokerage high . customer service bad

dear religare,
i m happy with ur services,but i m not happy with ur R.M,in march 2012 ur RM gaurav opened my account said i will give u .01 /.001 % brokerage intraday n delivery respectively where as promised me i will give rs 12 per lot for currency.,u know i m getting .05/n .5% brokerage in intra n delivery, in currency rs 25 per lot.due to high brokerage charges i m going to close my account i will never recommend to any one of ur broking company,n will opened my account with ANGEL,which provide me 1 paisa n 10 paisa n currency for 10rs per lot
lastly i m w8ing til 1st june if my brokerages will b reduced as per per my requirement thn i will still continue with religare.

religare service provides excellent services,but too much brokerage.

Religare provide all type of investment under one roof.This is very good for any individual.

all services are good but online trading through website is very tasky. Secondly religare needs to provide mobile application for on the move trading.

sir apke brokers ek dum 3rd class he udaipur branch ke within 1 month me aapka a/c bandh kar raha hu client code oj97 agar aap ye post mgt tak pahuch jata he to very gud aur bat karne ki to tamiz hi nahi he...

In one word we can say "USELESS"

(i) Pathatic Technological Service
(ii) Poor Response to customer's queries
(iii) No responde to customer's genuine demands

In two words we can say "ABSOLUTELY USELESS"

tooo much brokerage and buy and sell both the charging brokerage and hidden charges. pls be carefull.

Complaint: My brokage Plan Gold offline plan ie brokage @0.15% has been changed to default Plan ie brokage @0.4% without my consent.Pls look into the matter arrange tobring me in my original plan to enable me tobe attached with you only. thanks

very poor in intimating the customer about daily buy/sell.Very fast in changing the Brokage Plan from lower to upper without the consent of customer.Not replying all the quarries raised point/itemwise.Not intimating the name/e mail adress of senior for conting. thanks

very poor daly rearch report.customer service is not free..they will charge for online race pro software..upgration..they are not providing mobile trade..

Religare Commodity trading for e-gold series at NSEL: feedback

For new users it is a terrible interface with little help on how to get started. For everything you need to call up Helpline
1) There is a fund transfer facility online which they say is instantaneous.
2) But for withdrawal of funds, you have to call helpline(ridiculous) and they say it takes 24-48 hours at this age of IT. i have already had a bad experience. i have called for withdrawal on 21st and 23rd , i am still waiting. they say it will happen at end of day.

Many more to go. I believe brokerage agencies should not make a fool of retail traders. They are only bothered of their brokerage fees from big houses/franchisees. . Retail traders are taken for granted by these brokerages.

i wish more retailers take to activism regarding glitches and make information online as feedback to the brokerages hardly works(it is just a waste of time as i have experienced most of the times, except losing your temper/time)

Average dealing and brokerage. Website and customer service is average. But research team somehow poor and not upto mark.
We can say overall we can go and select this company as this is average performer.

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) imposed the penalty after discrepancies were discovered during random checking of Religare Securities Limited's documents, as per an order issued by the watchdog.The regulator has imposed a Rs 1 lakh fine on Religare for violating certain provisions of the Sebi Act and another Rs 2 lakh for for not following some provisions of the Depositories Act, the order said.

In its order, Sebi said Religare has failed to ensure satisfactory internal control procedures and an adequate mechanism for reviewing and monitoring control systems at its branches, among other things.

Religare has not exercised enough due diligence on operations like processing and handling account opening forms and demat requests, Sebi added.

"These failures on the part of the noticee (Religare) compromises the safety and integrity of the securities market. I am of the opinion that every market intermediary is under obligation to exhibit highest standards of professionalism and integrity in the interest of capital markets," Sebi Adjudicating Officer Satya Ranjan Prasad said in the order.

Some investors criticize religare, but i would like to say, that religare is a good name to start with.

and all things matter before choosing a broker, that what is your trading style and what amount you are going to invest.
like for sumit chopra the best broker is,who provide him free of cost a/c opening like indiainfoline,other factors may also be considered.....
so be wise before taking step ahead or take advise.....
