IDBI paisa builder is the most worst demat account we have..u will find so many difficluties even for login...its not user friendly..dont open demat account in IDBI....even if brokerage charges are high. go for a reputed company account like ICICI, HDFC, Religare

I am havin three one account with your organation.I am unable to open/login demat account. what is wrong with login ID/password. I am filling in the password and login ID but it is not opening.Please give details how to open and log in ID Please give with examples. An earliear action in regard is apprecited.

it is said that Portfolio Manager will provide audited statement of accounts at the end of

financial year to help the client assess the tax liabilities on his/her portfolio,

including Capital Gains report. (The PMS provider is a trustee acting in a fiduciary

capacity on behalf of the investor. Therefore, the tax liability for a PMS investor would

remain the same as if the investor is accessing the capital market directly.....how far is

this true for my portfolio management?

I have three in one account and since last two years I am trading online through your trading portal. But since last say one month I am not being able to work/trade due to the reason that your trading portal is not opening . Whenever I tried to Log in , it always shows 'Loading' but the Portal does not open even after hours. Please let me know the reason. I am extremely in need to trade now.

I have an account with you But I am unable to on your portal due to only one problem and that is logout in every 5 munits.during day trading as igot my rate and try to place order very moment it logout.it is very troublesome to trade on your portal.

idbi paisabuilder is one of the worst service in brokin companies dont take this account please. always gives messages like server failure messages. we are getting lot of problems of idbi.

I have a 3in1 acct with IDBI Direct .com and doing trading and buy mutual funds through them, their cutomer care at mumbai is promt to render help on phone. but now they from 20 oct 2008 started new trading plate form, I must say this does not work like reliance money (at least reiance is cheapest) the potfolio is just missing, it has become extremly difficult even to file I T return. IT is really a pain full desion to close the acct with them.

The ICMS team at hyderabad is doing a very fabulous jobs in terms of customer service, I have never seen a Broking institution giving such personalised services

i gave an application for opening a dmat account with idbipaisa bulider dated 7/11/08.I still havent received it after 53 days.Even the managers make lame excuses.There is no interest shown when you complain in the customer care or higher officilasThey never follow up.You have to call them and Email them.i havent seen such a third class bank before>i regret that i have a savings account as well here which i plan to close in a few days.
