How do I file complain to SEBI for IPO refund issues and IPO allotment related issues?

For IPO investors having difficulties receiving IPO refund or IPO allotment and registrar of IPO not responding, SEBI introduced an online complain management system.

Click here to file complaint with SEBI.

Please note: Before filing complain with SEBI, make sure that you have tried contacting registrar of the IPO for allotment or refund related problems. Registrar of the IPO is responsible for processing IPO applications. This includes allotment and refund processing. The issuer company, lead manager or broker are not responsible for this and should not be contacted for the same.

Hi Team., i had applied for BURGER KING IPO by using UPI-GPAY in December 2020 but the shares have not been allocated and the amount has not been refunded to my bank account.I had lodged a complaint to LIVEINTIME SEBI and OMBUDSMAN too. It nearly one month gone but the amount has not been refunded. You guys please raise a complaint to SEBI and OMBUDSMAN also.hereafter i will not apply for any IPO in india.

I have the issue regarding money is blocked which I have applied for vectors IPO.
For these issue you should raised your complaint on scores portal for complaining in sebi
I have done it after one month
Still waiting for response

i had the same problem, no allotment for burger King, so I went to bank and told them to release the lien amount, initially they asked me some stupid questions like which broker check with them n all, I told that listing is done and I did not receive the shares, they can check with registrar. So the bank lady asked me to submit an application to remove the lien, I have written application there itself and then got the amount unblocked in 2 days

I apploed for equitas shares 900 but i could get only 569. My full amount deducted from my bank account and nothing is in lien. I contacted bank they said we donot have a ything in lien and when i approach zerodha they saod we work as interface so we donot have this. How can o get my pending amount please suggest.
