How do I file complain to SEBI for IPO refund issues and IPO allotment related issues?

For IPO investors having difficulties receiving IPO refund or IPO allotment and registrar of IPO not responding, SEBI introduced an online complain management system.

Click here to file complaint with SEBI.

Please note: Before filing complain with SEBI, make sure that you have tried contacting registrar of the IPO for allotment or refund related problems. Registrar of the IPO is responsible for processing IPO applications. This includes allotment and refund processing. The issuer company, lead manager or broker are not responsible for this and should not be contacted for the same.

I and my wife had made separate application for 299 shares (13 Lots) in IPO of Heranba Industries. This issue was subscribed by 11.88 only in retail category. Even though our applications for 13 lots against subscribed 11.88 only, no shares are allotted in both application. Basis of allotment is also not available online, kindly guide me in this matter.

Applied for Stovekraft and haven't received refund till now. I tried contacting Stove Kraft IPO registrar i.e. KFin Technologies Private Limited through mail but they also din't gave any reply. Then I contacted KFin Technologies Private Limited through phone and they said that they have instructed all the banks to refund the amount and I should contact the bank. Now I have given a written complain to manager of my bank branch. Lets see if I don't get any replay then I will file a complain with SEBI.

For me also money has been debited twice for irfc ipo of 1 lot, but they refunded it back today. So I think no need to panic you will get your money back guys. I mailed to NPCI and my bank too
