Hi my previous average price for 44 share was 848. after took 9 in buy back my remaining 35 shares returned with the IPO price of 887.00. why it is like this.
i have not bought one share in that price in my 44 shares. I bought one share for 869.60. ten share for 848.45. four share for 840.00. ten share for 838.40. ten share for 835.90. my bought back 9 shares are not available in break down.

((869.60)+(10*848.45)+(4*840)+(10*838.40)+(10*835.90))/35=841.63

((869.60)+(10*848.45)+(4*840)+(10*838.40)+(10*835.90)+(35*887))/70=864.32

Same happened with me in TCS in zerodha.

Hello all members, can someone please guide on how I can pledge my Granules shares that I have for Buyback.. I don't have any idea on how to offer my current shares for buyback.. I have 140 shares as on record date so I can offer 7 for buyback.. I have got an email as well but not sure of the next steps now.

Sir,
When the promoters’ stake is considerably higher i.e.,more than 75% and not participating in the buyback, then AR will be reasonably good for General Category. In other cases, AR will be less in General Category. This is my understanding and may tend to go wrong. Thank you for your consideration.

13 out of 66 shraes accetped for buyback and amount redited to bank. But remaining 53 shares NOT credited back to DEMAT.
And now I got message from CDSL that all 66 shares debited on September 2. Anyone else facing this issue? Experts please help.

Sir,
When you tender the shares, they will be blocked at the first instance. At the time of finalising the acceptance, all the tendered shares will be debited and then the unaccepted shares will be credited back to the Dmat account normally in a day or two. Please wait till Monday night.
