Hi, One of my two shares in the same account were accepted for buyback but still both the shares are under lock-in. Any reason for the same?

I have 4 accounts and all have 1 share but not a single account accepted buyback. Any reason ? Please confirm. Is there any issue with account ?

ASK YOUR BROKER THEY CAN HELP
OTHERWISE ALL MUST HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED

Just wanted to know, how do you maintain 10 accounts. You need to have 10 different bank accounts and demats. Also need to pay yearly charges etc

Based on the share holding pattern for the last year (Mar 2023)
Retail ER = 1.03%
General ER = 0.87%
So it looks that it will be like the Dwarikesh Sugar Industries buyback which was bad.

In 2022-2023 buyback it was
2,600 −1,837.57(avg. price in Nov 2022) = ₹762.43 profit

Current buyback:
625−465=160 minus buying and selling brokerage. Around ₹90 profit. I think not many will be interested. So it will be mostly accepted, but you get miniscule profits. I think, its better to go with bigger amounts.

I checked the previous buyback pages, the retail ER was 4.86% and from the few comments there it seems that AR was also same.

I think there is no way to check. You will get message from your broker.
I got an SMS and an email with contract note.

Why No ? there are 38000 Share holders and 78000 shares are for retail ( if we assume 15% retail quota)

These days people will purchase shares only for buyback. Hence existing shareholder number won't give exact numbers.
