Any idea on lower acceptance ratio by half in General category despite promoters nonparticipation? Thanks

Sir,
When the promoters’ stake is considerably higher i.e.,more than 75% and not participating in the buyback, then AR will be reasonably good for General Category. In other cases, AR will be less in General Category. This is my understanding and may tend to go wrong. Thank you for your consideration.
