How do I file complain to SEBI for IPO refund issues and IPO allotment related issues?

For IPO investors having difficulties receiving IPO refund or IPO allotment and registrar of IPO not responding, SEBI introduced an online complain management system.

Click here to file complaint with SEBI.

Please note: Before filing complain with SEBI, make sure that you have tried contacting registrar of the IPO for allotment or refund related problems. Registrar of the IPO is responsible for processing IPO applications. This includes allotment and refund processing. The issuer company, lead manager or broker are not responsible for this and should not be contacted for the same.

Write a complaint to SBI bank saying your refund is not yet done and ask them reason for delay. I did the same and I got the refund today itself. hope this will help all.

Even after waiting till the sbi ipo end date I haven't received the locked amount.. I had done the transaction from icici through zerodha. Neither icici nor sbi are responding for this.. I had written mail to ipo.upi@npci.org.in but no response... There is no single platform for this sbi ipo.
Worst experience ever. Please let me know if there are any alternative ways to ge the refund

I had applied for 1 lots in prince pipe ipo. When i checked my allotment status i found that i got one lot but issue is i got refunded money into my bank account
I don't understand why whole money is credited back to my account while showing one lot alloted. And now today on 6th jan i am receiving msg that ipo has been alloted to me how is it possible after 7 days of listing of ipo listing, Also i got a call from my bank that my bank account is in debit of rs 14892 against prince pipe ipo allotment.
Can anybody help me out what's going on

I had applied for two lots in prince pipe ipo. When i checked my allotment status i found that i got one lot but issue is in my account refunded money is for two lots.
I don't understand why whole money is credited back to my account while showing one lot alloted. Also i got two messages with failed transactions from sebi.
Can anybody help me out what's going on

Only one solution of this probem..complain to helpline no. Of your bank..tell them the problem you facing..they will unblock that money withing 5 days..i was also facing this problem..today i got my money unblock

You can also go with chat option in your internet banking feature...describe them the prob..i did this today morning and money unblocked in just
4 hours.
