On 17-8-23 9.20 am I placed order for 43500ce @ rs 405 and put sl on Rs 385..But order is seen rejected. Again they initiated the order with out my knowledge and made loss. Attempted to contact the customer care no02241792999 from 9.38 am to11.38am(36 calls) but no manuvel responce from the concerned part, Another compliant raised through Chat..but no responce received so far...
Pros Clean interface charts etc good for charting only Cons hidden charges Poor customer service Forced amc during free AMC period Dont reply to mails Execution is slow Closed their account after paying AMC charges for no trade at all
Made a mistake going with upstox. Horrible experience. I am wasting so much time with their dullards customer care people during trading hours. Will move to zerodha.

Don’t Believe this company full of fake people . Roshan / Yadav All are cheating peoples . they are money oriented they will show fake profit reports but after payment there all call will hit stop loss . Don’t invest money in this company .
When I invest money I asked why your company have lot of bad review on google. they answered its competitors review but wrong they are fraud team. I lost 50k fund due to wrong advice from capital aim . Dont invest money .I move my investment back to BenArmstrong-trades and my portfolio have grow immensely. Even as beginner I earn a lot
There are several problems with Upstox. 1. Glitches in trade processing are too frequent, almost once every 10 days. 2. Upstox servers are ALWAYS jammed up in the first 10 minutes of any trading session and it is impossible to send in orders during this time. 3. Ticks stop updating in Upstox mobile app intermittently, especially on follow-up visits. One has to log out and re-log in every single time. 4. Upstox mobile app is super slow to log in. 5. Very complex and erroneous GTT order system. The tech team clearly doesn't know what it is doing.

Worst of all discount brokers. Really bad customer service, only IVR and automated Email options. You can never get in touch with a customer care executive.
WORST PLATFORM EVER, IT GETS STUCK EVERY TIME AND EVERY DAY, IF THE MARKET CRASHES, YOU WONT BE LOOSING YOUR MONEY BECAUSE IT WILL GET STUCK IN THE SAME PLACE , YOU CANT EXIT OR ENTER.

Froud there edish system comptly failed when I sell 4000 uma converter sme next day they said to me it is short sell and they buy in my account @39.78 and give loss around 24000 rupees
