What is entitlement ratio of bsoft buyback.
Accepted ratio what u feel plz rep

78 Lakh total shares and
For retail
11,70,000 shares
Assume that 4.7 - 5 cr shares below 2 lakh on record date
So it might be 3% around in retail i think so.

11,70,000 for Retails not fixed as retail holding around 16% like 4.5cr shares.
Here is calculation.

(Retail holding / Total equity shares) × total buyback size shares

(4.5cr/16.7cr) × 0.78cr
= 21,00,000 - will be reserved for Retailers.

Total equity 28cr but as promoters not participate so 16.7cr.

Calculation based on June ended share holding pattern. It may change on record date.
