Some person like sagar dasa also created panic in bandhan bank because in bandhan bank they have sold their applications in advance and now in tcns those person who have not applied in tcns are creating panic seeing profit of Rs. 25 per share in tcns clothing.

When issue is over subscribed then why will you get allotment when you bid at lower price.
and sbi did not allot the shares, Its registrar who allots the shares.
