Personally i applied for 3 lots after seeing retail quota getting undersubscribed.

IRCON gets SEBI's approval for the ipo. The company is a Rail PSU company promoted by The President of India .
The size of the IPO is around 550cr.

KPR Agrochem gets SEBI's Clarence for the ipo . The company is a manufacturer, distributor and retailer of wide range of crop yield enhancing and protection products. The size of IPO is around 200 cr+

In most of issues promoters/initial investors are selling. So company is not getting a single penny. Whereas almost all issues available at discount. Instead of applying in Ipo one should buy from secondary market. Now there is hardly any incentive to remain invested from tax point of view as difference is only of 5%(15-10).
