Ujjivan Small Finance Bank has received markets regulator Sebi's go ahead to raise Rs 1,200 crore through an initial public offer (IPO). Microfinance lender Ujjivan Financial Services is the holding company of Ujjivan Small Finance Bank.

The proposed issue includes reservation of equity shares aggregating up to around Rs 120 crore for subscription by eligible shareholders of Ujjivan Financial.

I bid from 5Paisa.com on 1st of Oct used UPI for bidding. Got confirmation message from NSE, IRCTC and money was blocked in my account. After 14th of Oct shares are not allotted and money is unblocked in account. I have checked demat account on CDSL but no information. What could be the reason behind. If anyone can help. This was my first IPO bidding so your input will help in next IPO bidding :) thanks in advance.

On first of Oct 80% shared were bid so I had chance for share allotment. What could be case of not alloted to me so that I will aware of in next biding of any share. Question might be silly but I am novice.

Allotment is lottery. It depends upon your luck

CSB bank DRHP approved by Sebi. Let us see when it will land. It may be a interesting IPO.

I have applied thru IDBI bank ASBA option. I didn't get any allotment but the money is deducted from my bank account . Now bank says they have nothing to do as they received transaction permission so they debited my account and credited broker account (zerodha) and zerodha says we have nothing to do as you applied thru asba not from our site.
Please help what to do now !!

Please contact Registrar to the Issue . Registrar to the issue is the ONE and ONLY competent Authority to help in this matter . The earlier you contact better it is . . This process of allotment is well tuned process. Only Registrar can help you.

Yes please contact and detailed mail to registerar of the issue. In my opinion that you might have got an allotment. But there is an issues with crediting the shares in to your account. May Almighty help you

UPI is mandatory for applying IPO for retail investors?. I have applied 5 different demats from a single bank ASBA account. But did not get any allotment. Is this is because of new UPI rules.

It's because of oversubscription not due to new rules.

i heard that, only those shareholders of HDFC Bank is eligible for shareholder category for HDF Finance IPO who have bought HDFC Bank shares till 31-03-2019.
