Difficult to understand its data of rev and profit.
6/20 Q (mostly covid impacted ) Rev=20 cr , loss = 8.5 cr.
9/20 Q to 03/21 Q average Rev =87 cr , average proit =1.7 cr
6/21 Q Rev = 40cr , and loss =19 cr
It shows covid impact overcome . Huge loss to profit. Then again in 06/21Q rev less than half (compared to previous 3 Q average), profit to worse loss than covid.
There is a serious mismatch while cooking the account.

2022 Q1 loss is 5x the loss of financial year 20-21....

I remember Indigo Nation which came in with then popular IPO many years ago. It was over subscribed and listed in premium. Later promoters swindled the ipo money and it whithered away.

Before NYKAA listing IPO Size is 800 crores. After listing of NYKAA IPO size Increased to Rs. 1013 crores. Effect of NYKAA.

I sense minimum 35% gain in this IPO. Only Tarsons will be blocking HNI fund for this IPO. Most RI has no impact of funding and it is a matter of interest in the company, they may go big on both Tarsons (80X)/GO Fashion (50X) (familiar term Go Air!!😀). HNI will surely weight heavily on Tarsons due to GMP/Positive income.

Expecting NII: Tarsons - ~450X / GO Fashion ~300X

Tarson can see HNI Sub to max x110 times only. because all the funds are blocked in Latent View. But Go Fashion no of times will be high.

True that funds locked of many HNI but many small mid HNI must have given Latent a miss. Some may go with loan to apply, Latent ka badla!! Now it is time to relax till 15.

Be careful with the rush of IPOs. Companies may be good, but pricing also needs to be reasonable. Not all IPOs are giving listing gains. Even GMP is misguiding investors on either way.

My priority is

1.Go fashion

2.Tarsons products

I definitely want to go for this IPO. The money I get from Latent I will use for this if latent is allotted then I will arrange from somewhere to apply for this ipo.

Profit making co except for a small loss for last year. Turnover also decreased last year. May be due to Covid pandemic effect. Otherwise look decent. Lets wait for the price band

Correction- my above comments were based on the initial figures mentioned in this site. It appears that the figures were later updated with latest quarterly results.
The price band is also out and at 690 it looks not much left for investors.

Only 125 crores fresh issue and remaining 888 crores OFS. Is it worth applying as the main objective is to open 120 new exclusive brand outlets?
