With a revenue of 13 crore, it still had to take a loan of 5 lakh? Window dressing? Super high PE ratio and negative reserves. Company deals in gold but applying here means we are dealing in stones. Avoid for me.

The Lead Manager is same as Ducol. They will manage it till listing only. And after that they will leave it on its own. There is no growth and hardly any profit on top of that it's very pricey. Seems to be very dangerous for Wealth, considering the current market conditions. Money saved (in our bank) is money earned.

Also market maker is Nikunj, those who are thinking to Apply or already applied should at least check history of few it's recently managed IPOs of this market maker first. This will clear their delerium.

We must boycott such many issues , if nobody will apply and buy , the issue will automatically frotified and thug promoter will learn lesson.

Problem is the system of IPO all follow , many applying thinking will exit on listing with any gain and secondly they also get buyer at listing.

Promoter misuse these system flaw and enjoy on our money.
