Money rIsed from sme is used 50 % for issue expenses then why promoter manage price . He will enjoy rest of money for his household expenditure for few years.

Reality me dono company overpriced he aur growth to ekdam nil he fir bhi paisa lene aa gaye.

Ese IPO lane vale pe court case hona chaiye , aur jo fase he uske paise unko vapas milne chaiye , IPO system me bahot hi sare loopholes he uska galat use hona kab bandh kar sakegi SEBI!!!

Are yaar mene kab kaha mene lagaya 😂 jisne lagya kuch paiso ke chakkar me vo bichare fas gaye hoge aur galti promoters ki he bhai unko rokna padega.
Log equity ka matalb nhi samjte , bus aa jate he apni hard earned savings leke "bet" karne , sochte he listing gain leke nikal lege par socho to sahi tum bechoge to lene vala bhi koi unaware poor retailer hi hoga!
Lagane vale ki galti to he hi par promoter and LM to sab jante hue bhi , jan buzkar logo ka paisa lene aate he na ,vo hi sudhar jaye to aage problem hi nahi hogi kisiko.

Last ipo by this LM gave 50% listing gains but svs ventures ipo was very bad

IMO
Amanaya Ventures very Small issue, so it maybe easily manageable on listing day.

I dont know what confidence does this company has that it is bringing IPO at PE of 92.
where others companies with PE of 20+ are struggling in sme market.
will stay away from this.
