Just checked the Prospectus. Balance in Statement of P & L was negative and they capitalised securities premium to shares no negative.

SEBI has no role in approval of IPO of SMEs. Exchange gives the approval. Since, rules are not very rigid for SMEs as compared to main board IPO, companies take the advantages of that.

BSE has history, at one point of time, BSE SME meant negative listing.
