I am using sbi smart and my account is in sbi

Will the amount be credited to my trading account or will be credited to my normal saving account

Aniket ji, there are 2400 shares in one account ( Mine) and 2380 shares in another account ( My wife’s) as on record date. Whether my holdings will be considered under retail investors category or not? Please clarify.

2400*84 crosses 2 lakhs. Hence this would not be considered under retail. Experts can confirm.

Out of 2380 shares tendered, 1520 shares are accepted for buyback and amount got credited in SBI. Regarding 2400 shares tendered, no information in r/o ICICI DIRECT so far.

Aniket ji, I haven’t received any communication regarding acceptance. We are having trading accounts in ICICI DIRECT and SBI SMART. I have checked my mailbox even in trash and spasm. Will you please clarify?

I had tendered 2300 shares and 1469 got accepted.

Today I got message that only 173 shares is credited.

I am confused as I was suppose to get 831 shares credited to my account.

Kindly advise what should I do and if the balance shares will be automatically credited to my account.

Received contract note from zerodha for buy back. 562 of 880 shares rendered is accepted. Acceptance ratio comes to 63.86

out of the total shareholding of retail category, at present around 40% shares have been tendered. hopefully acceptance ratio will be in the range of 40% plus.
