Sir,
It’s the number of shares held on the Record Date n submitted for the buyback, not the number of shares tendered for the buyback only, is the criteria to be considered under a particular category. Thank you.

When buyback money will be credited ? It was my first tender to buyback so no idea regarding the process. And where to track that how many of our share are accepted ? Please share some information about this.
