Eye on pnbhsg bse cdsl hdfc life hdfcbank hdfc idfcfirst bank reliance heromotocop etc on decline.... Many stocks like this...list it and do trading and investment on that

Hello KP Sir,
My Question is related to Cairn - Vedanta Marger
Cairn India shareholder will get 1 Vedanta share + 3 Preferrence share worth Rs. 10 each.
Right?
Current Cairn Price: Rs. 300
Vedanta Price: 275
25 Rs. Gap between both stock. It should be 40 Rs. Gap. Right?
So Why Cairn is running on 15 Rs. Discount? Do you have any idea?
