My Question is related to Cairn - Vedanta Marger
Cairn India shareholder will get 1 Vedanta share + 3 Preferrence share worth Rs. 10 each.
Right?
Current Cairn Price: Rs. 300
Vedanta Price: 275
25 Rs. Gap between both stock. It should be 40 Rs. Gap. Right?
So Why Cairn is running on 15 Rs. Discount? Do you have any idea?
