I'm also facing the same issue with Krsnaa Diagnostics IPO and i mailed the regristrar.This is the reply that I got
"Dear Investor,
We thank you for your e-mail with respect to your application made in the subject IPO Issue.
In regards to unblock, we have forwarded the details to concern ASBA bank to unblock the amount. We will intimate once we receive the response from ASBA banker as banking process is not within our purview. Till then we request you to kindly bear with us for the procedural period."
