i applied in clean science & GR infra. ipo and didn't get allotment but my funds are still blocked please help me and check with broker and with my bank.

applied in GR Infr ltd through Grow and didn't get allotment but funds are still blocked. Called Google Pay they said contact your broker then I called Grow they said wait for three days after listing of ipo after three days contact your Bank we cant do anything in this regard
