I had applied an ipo in clean science on 9th july but ipo mandate going unsccessful and money hold by bank . My money have not refund till yet .

Same for me also while applying GR infrastructure, the payment got failed and I still not received the amount.
I called bank and broker, both are blaming each other. Don't know what to do
Can anyone help regarding this.

This same happened to me.. bank only saying the file for an application send mail to address which never works. I am tired of contacting customer service nobody know what to do . Please someday if have gone through the same problem and resolve it please do tell us
