Suppose on record date price is 3950 so it means 50 shares can be tender for application under retail right?

Sir,
It’s the number of shares held on the Record Date n submitted for the buyback, not the number of shares tendered for the buyback only, is the criteria to be considered under a particular category. Thank you.
