Its an awful experience with Aliceblue i had couple of months back. Due to their inefficient online portal, i have lost money while purchasing stocks. they didnt place control on over draft facility, meaning, usually when try to buy stocks, if you go over the limit, it will prompt saying "insufficient funds". But they smartly removed this control which allows customer to purchase stocks on their money and while squaring off, they square of your share you bought on your won money as well which you will not notice unless you take a good look at it. The worst part is, when they were notified of their mistake, They simple unsquare and credit the money on your trading account instead of recording the same as mistake anywhere. This is a fraud to say the least. Will the appropriate government authorities take necessary action against this organized scam?? Only god knows!!
