We four family members applying through ASBA
in IPO..
My question is that : There r four different SB accounts of all we four applicants...
But mobile number in all accounts is SAME...
Is it possible to apply through UPI with the same mobile number in all four accounts?

No. You are not able to creat UPI ID for all four accounts due to same mobile number. You can creat only one upi id with that number. So change the mobile number link to another three bank accounts so you can creat upi id for all banks.
