Groww Loan Last EMI Payment Fraud:

I have taken loan of 2 Lakh with EMI option for 12 months with Auto Debit option.
Last EMI was not deducted from Bank even after sufficient funds. I have got a message that Due to some issue, Auto Debit and didnot work and to avoid CIBIL score impact, make the payment through link. I made the payment and loan got closed. Next day EMI Amount debited from my Bank Account.

From hear headache started.
I raised a ticket and mail to Groww support.
Got a response after some days that Extra EMI amount will be adjusted in next EMI, but there is no next EMI, as it was last EMI and loan got closed.
Which means who ever closed the ticket, didnt even check, but just posted regular answer.

I opened another ticket and explaining whole situation.
I also called on support number, waited for more than 30 minutes to connect. Same response all the time is that "we are sorry for inconvenience, our team is working. We cannot tell you when you will get the refund, but our team is working"

Its been more than 20 days, but no refund yet.

I think, this is Fraud to either do not refund at all, (or) after multiple complaints refund will happed and they do it with large number of people to get the interest for the period of days they hold in their bank Account.

I suggest , if Auto debit fails (with sufficient balance in your account) - do not make payment through their links. Instead call them and say that it is not your mistake.

Do not take loans from Groww as there will be some headache.
