Integrated Enterprises India pvt.ltd. have lost their credibility.Customer service has declined to the worst.No staff members are responsive and senior citizens are affected badly.No response from them to the client's queries and mails.They neglect their duties.In spite of having provided the 6 kyc attributes by the clients,some of the trading accounts are not in compliance with the NSE/NSDL directives,as per their report.I have been receiving emails frequently from NSE/NSDL informing me that my trading account is not updated with the particulars of the 6 kyc attributes.I have written many a letter online to the stock broker during the past 10 days,but no response from them yet,It seems they ignore all my mails.Even the higher ups of the institution are not bothered about the repercussion of their negligence.They are not concerned about the good image of their company.No email id of the present directors of the company are not provided and as a result,a client is not able to bring to their knowledge the vital issues.This a handicap which will ruin the company at the earliest.The directors should look into the matters for rectifications then and there,failing which,the fall of their company is not far away what they should realize now atleast.There is at least a black sheep in their every department and it is high time for wedding out.If constrained,I would have to lodge complaints with NSE/NSDL on the said stock broker.
