I I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of concern regarding an unfair deduction of funds by my stock broker, Samco Securities Limited. I believe that this issue requires your immediate attention and intervention to ensure a fair resolution. As per contract note provided by stock broker Samco Securities Limited my ledger closing balance on 01dec2023 was 17529.30 which should have been the next trading day 4dec2023 opening balance. But on 4dec2023 my trading balance reflected 16986.83 which is lesser 542.47. They debited the subjected amount from my account. I have made numerous attempts to reach out to the stock broker's customer support team to seek clarification and resolution but got no valid explanation. This deduction has caused me substantial financial loss and has raised serious doubts about the transparency and integrity of the services provided by the stock broker.
