Zerodha customer support is extremely poor. I have been facing issues with zerodha for 4 months now. My issue is not resolved yet. They reply to an email in 3 to 4 working days. Even after repeated calls they do not escalate my issue to senior staff. The support staff is highly ignorant to my request. They call me in evening after 6pm even if I request them to call in certain hours of time. I would never recommend zerodha. You may find yourself in middle of sea with zerodha. My equities are stuck with zerodha. They do not approve my request to transfer equities to other broker.
