I had 2 separate instances on 2 different trading sessions where fraudulent orders were placed while I was doing intraday trading in futures on 1st and 3rd feb respectively leading me to have open positions I did not know about causing significant losses just after I had taken all steps to limit and offset my losses. These orders were placed by the system even acter I confirmed that I had no open positions left and I had not made any GTT orders as well. There was no way that my account was hacked as I have google authenticator and have not shared my password with any outside party. I had contacted zerodha support on two different occassions and they said that they could trace these trades to my ID but I am sure that there was no way I had made the order (if thats the case I will need proof of that as well). I have read up online that these issues are faced by many other people as well while using the zerodha platform and I intend to escalate this matter if it is not amicably resolved. If you are saying that the trades were made from my end and there is no system malfunction then I will require proof of the same. Else I am escalating the issue as it is fraud and malacious intent to get people into a loop of desperate gambling to get the money back leading to emotional and financial distress, all because of systems malfunction or fraud from Zerodha. I expect a reply and resolution to this matter soon.
