Today on sep 5th , i placed muthootfinance buy order (bracket) and later exited the trade using a sell order. During this time zerodha went offline but there was a sell order which was still open even though my trade was closed. I tried many times to cancel and exit that but the order dint go. Later when the stock hit the price this sell order got executed automatically and has incurred huge losses for me. There hasd been a serious issues with zerodha every now and then but today i got huge losses with this.I would like to know if this loss which i am seeing is by mistake if not i want zerodha to recover these for me.
