Not refunding the amount collected stating open account online in just few clicks. They collected the payment but the website does not allow to proceed further without making payment again. Its been nearly 2 months that I am following up and they are not refunding my amount a or opening the account.
The ID on the payment page against my PAN which was shared by the support team shows : P1536014
