Avoid Zerodha at all. Worst Management. Poor Back office. I lost huge amounts due to their poor responses and software. Lot of letters were written to them and ultimately make the ledger balance zero and trying to close the account. You will loose heavily in long run if you open account with them. I opened account in October 2017 and lost heavily. When I withdrawas my total available fund with them then they made an illegal charges of Rs.1,453- in my account stating as Insuffficient Margin Penalty by Exchange. It is the ultimate duty of all the Brokerage houses to transfer the fund after taking the sufficient margin. Moreover if any extra marging was required then on a phone call any client can transfer the funds in their ledger. I have written complaint to NSE regional office Kanpur for this illegal debit and they are verifying the same.
