Their customer care service is one hell of a service
. u may write to them 20 times for some problem and they will never respond. I have 3 bad experiance. the most worrisome is the account ledger handling and account statement. they routinely do entry changes in the account ledger in back date also , thus causing the whole ledger to appear virtual. their online ledger keeps on showing different balance from day to day, and most worrisome thing is that , they can alter the entries in back date also, thus keping one always on toes . I have suffered twice because of this fault of theirs. and then on complaining , they demand proof of the transcation from client itself. and then i had to run to bank to get the statement showing money transfer.
Second problem is regarding applying IPO through their online services. They never provide you with the application number even after the refunds come. This is pathetic.
and, Third is their hell of a bad customer care service. It is good only as long as you dont get any problem. once you are stuck up with some problem and u want speedy solution through the customer care, then one will never get any reply from them . you may use any channel ( calling local branch / writing to them or calling helpline ) but the plight will be same as if talking to a real balti.

And tragedy is , we cant do anything about that.
