Request for closure of Demat Account TicketID-6677678No Subject TicketID-6708742No Subject (TicketID-6711437).
I would like to express my greatest disappointment with your horrible and unsatisfactory level of services. I expected much more from a prestigious and reputable company of your standard. Unfortunately, i cannot help but submit this letter of complaint hoping for a fast and adequate resolution.
In spite of trying for many times, as per your directions/suggestions for linking new account to IIFL through TT web and whats app number provided by you in your previous emails, it is regretted to inform you, that, i am unable to link my bank existing account with IIFL , to clear expected dues as mentioned by you (Rs 552.37/-). Further, i am attaching the screen shots of issues faced while trying to link the account. This is a really frustrating experience from such an esteemed organization as yours. Now i will not suggest anyone to open an account with IIFL. I am appalled at such behaviour and have a good mind to take my business elsewhere. I hope you will look into this matter and make sure such incidence at not repeated.
Your company has been known to provide good services and such events taint the company's name. So, please address this issue with a positive attitude. It is also not out of place to mention here that, i tried my level best to clear the expected dues as mentioned by you (Rs 552.37/-) is a petty amount, for which you are creating so much of hue and cry .
