Applied for Rel Power through 5Paisa on-line IPO.
The money was immediately deducted from my bank account but it failed to generate proper application and pass it further. The application status clearly was showing appl no as 0. I called customer care and asked them to take corrective action. Nothing was done and finaly the application got rejected. What can I do to punish 5Paisa?
I am really very angry because this was not the first time it had happened - evry time I applied through their on-line IPO, the link will be broken after the money gets transfered and every time I will call Mumbai office and ask them to correct - which they were doing. This time I left it to them and they messed it up.
PLEASE LET ME KNOW MY LEGAL POSITION - EXPERTS.
