The customer service is just SOOOOO bad. Unlike Zerodha which I have eventually shifted to and where all possible issues are given, IIFL securities's customer service is just pathetic. After 15 mails and calls and messages and office visits as well, nothing was done by them to address my concerns. They just kept shifting blame and no one was accountable.
